For sale here is a scarce LHW Hardy Perfect 3 1/8" fly reel in very good used condition. Gray enamel finish, flawless agate line guide and flat spindle boss. The rim mounted tensioner works as intended with good resistance throughout its range. Nickel silver retaining screw is reverse-threaded. The reel shows signs of honest use, mostly in the form of finish loss to the rims. Mechanically, the reel is perfect. Original LHW Perfects from this period are rather scarce, don't wait on this one. Sold in a shearling lined zippered case.
