Hanson, Leon - 8'5" 3/2 6wt Hollow Bamboo Rod

For sale here is a Leon Hanson 8'5" 3/2 6wt hollow built bamboo rod in excellent used condition. Medium flamed cane with light wire titanium guides wrapped transparent with tan tipping. All sections are straight, full length and serialized (#1302). Micro Swiss ferrules fit perfectly, and the females are fitted with black Delrin ferrule plugs. On tip marked "Heavy", and you can feel the extra swing weight in the heavier tip. Scripted weight is 3.43oz, but my scale reads 3.61oz. 6" cork grip shows light soiling, and a few rings have the faintest hint of ridging. Slide band reel seat over dark wood spacer and cork butt cap. Authoritative medium fast action. This rod has smooth power and quick recovery that Leon's rods are known for. Sold in the original bag and tube with tube label and outer protector from Wanigas rods.
