Leonard, H.L. - 7'6" 2pc 5-6wt Fiberglass Rod

For sale here is an H.L. Leonard 7'6" 2pc 5/6wt fiberglass rod. Good original condition, the rod shows signs of honest use but remains structurally sound. Built on a Phillipson blank, painted light tan. Bright guides wrapped in crimson windings, the bell-style ferrule fits perfectly, and the female is fitted with a metal tip check. The rod has some scratches and dings where the white blank is showing through the paint. 5.75" cork grip is soiled but smooth. Classic down-locking Leonard reel seat hardware with square threads and knurled collar. The wood spacer displays the shadow of a reel foot. Medium action, the rod flexes down to the cork. Rated for a 5 or 6wt, but I think most will prefer a DT5. Sold in the original bag and tube (sans label).
