Hardy - Model HF85, 8'6" 2pc 6wt Fiberglass Rod

For sale here is an early Hardy "JET" HF85, 8'6" 2pc 6wt fiberglass rod. Excellent used condition, the JET series rods were designed by famed tournament caster Jon E. Tarantino. Built on a sanded brown glass blank with bright guides and brown windings with white tipping. Spigot ferrules fit snugly, and the section just barely touch when the ferrule is fully seated. The Hardy logo and data decals are in near perfect condition, and the cork grip is smooth and clean. Down-locking aluminum reel seat shows a bit of wear at the end cap but overall, the rod has seen very little action. Scripted and actual weight is 3 3/4oz. Medium fast action, a powerful and accurate casting rod with a WF6. Sold in the original bag and tube.
