Duronz ferrules fit perfectly, and all sections are full length, straight & serialized (#1679). Tips are numbered for ease of rotation. 6" cork grip is bright and smooth, and the rod is fitted with a NS winding check and down-locking aluminum reel seat over wood spacer. Scripted and actual weight is 4 1/4oz. Medium action, best with a DT6. A pristine Winston rod made shortly before the move from San Francisco to Twin Bridges, MT. The rod packs into the original red bag and what may be a replacement aluminum tube with the early Montana decal.
