Winston, R.L. - 7'6" 3/2 4wt Bamboo Rod - Brackett Era

For sale here is a Winston 7'6" 3/2 4wt bamboo rod in excellent+ used condition. A Brackett-era rod, serial #3260. Featuring lightly tempered cane with oxidized snake guides and red agate stripping guide. Wraps are transparent orange with oxblood accents. Sections are straight, full length and serialized. Overwrapped Duronz ferrules fit perfectly, and the tips are marked for ease of rotation. Strap & ring hook keeper with bamboo winding check and 6" cork grip (clean & smooth). Nickel silver cap & ring reel seat over mortised lacewood spacer. The Winston logo is etched into the pocketed butt cap. Scripted weight is 3 1/8oz, but it weighs 3 1/2oz on my scale. A smooth, medium fast 4wt, comfortable in close while capable of throwing quite a bit of line. Minor signs of use, excellent+ condition throughout. Sold in the original bag and tube with Winston decal.
