For sale here is a Tom Morgan Rodsmiths 7' 2-piece / 2-tip 3wt bamboo rod in excellent used condition. Hollow-fluted construction, it features blonde tempered cane, snake guides & red agate stripper wrapped in garnet Gudebrod thread with gold accents. Bright Swiss ferrules with machined and knurled ferrule plug. Bright NS winding check, 6" grip (smooth and clean), and NS cap & ring reel seat over mortised wood spacer. All sections are full length, straight and serialized (142/200), and the original owner's name (Per Brandin) is inked on the butt section. The rod looks like it’s seen limited time on the water and remains in excellent condition throughout. The grip is fitted with a cloth protector to keep the black suede bag from marking the cork. A very pleasant medium action 3wt, a well-loved taper from TMR. The rod is packaged in the original rod bag and hexagonal burgundy heirloom tube featuring custom made fixtures and knurled cap with sterling silver TMR insert.
