For sale here is an A.J. Thramer 8' 2/2 5wt, hollow built bamboo rod in excellent condition. Serial #S075. Flamed bamboo with dark snake guides and red agate stripping guide. Wraps are golden bronze with red tipping. All sections are straight & full length, and the ferrules fit perfectly. Strap & ring hook keeper leads into a 6" cork grip (smooth with light soiling), and down-locking reel seat over fine wood spacer. Weight is 3.94oz. Medium fast action, a smooth but crisp dry fly rod. Perfect with a DT5. Sold in the original bag and brass capped tube with maker's card affixed.
