Thomas & Thomas - Paradigm 7' 2/2 4wt Bamboo Rod

For sale here is a 7' 2/2 4wt Thomas & Thomas "Paradigm" in excellent used condition. Medium toned cane with dark guides wrapped in transparent yellow windings and light brown accents. Ferrules fit perfectly, and all section are full length & serialized (#2513). One tip has a hint of a fish fighting set out towards the tip, otherwise the sections are nice and straight. Strap & ring hook keeper has stripe of cracked varnish in the middle of the wraps. All-cork grip & reel seat with minute knurled nickel silver band at the transition. The cork is smooth with light soiling, and the blued hardware shows minor wear at the edges. A fantastic early T&T Paradigm with Tom Maxwell's distinctive script throughout. Action on the medium side of medium fast with a gently swelled butt. Ideal with a DT4. Sold in the original bag and brass capped tube. The tube collar is split and has been reglued.
