For sale here is a Thomas & Thomas Classic 8'6" 2-piece / 2-tip 7wt bamboo rod in excellent+ used condition. Serial #4638. Made on a nicely flamed blank, featuring dark snake guides and carboloy stripping guide, wrapped in crimson windings. 18/64 ferrules are darkly blued and overwrapped in black at the serrations. The ferrule fit is perfect, and all sections are straight, full length & serialized. The tips are marked for ease of rotation. Strap & ring hook keeper over 6.5" western grip. Up-locking NS reel seat over mortised walnut spacer. Thomas & Thomas roll stamp on the reel seat collar. Overall excellent+ condition with little signs of use. A strong 7wt with plenty of backbone for fighting big fish. Sold in the original bag (w/ stiffener) and brass capped aluminum tube with T&T data sticker.
