$1,350.00
For sale here is an F.E. Thomas 9' 3/2 Browntone bamboo rod in very good condition. Flamed bamboo with reverse twist snake guides and dark brown windings. All original, the varnish is in nice shape with a few very bag imprints. Blued ferrules fit perfectly, and the sections are straight & full length. 6" grip has been cleaned, and the rod is fitted with a down-locking aluminum and NS reel seat over wood spacer. The pocketed butt cap retains most of its bluing, and "H333" is stamped at the base. Stated & actual weight is 5 1/2oz. Medium fast action, it feels like a true 6wt. Sold in the original green bag with hang tag and brass capped tube with 30% decal.
