For sale here is an 8' 3-piece / 2-tip 6wt bamboo rod made by Brad Stevens. Medium flamed cane with dark snake guides and carbide stripping guide. Wraps are golden tan with burgundy tipping. All sections are straight & full length, and the tips are marked for ease of rotation. The rod is fitted with Swiss-style ferrules, and the butt ferrule has separated & requires repair. 5.5" cork grip is soiled but smooth. Up-locking aluminum reel seat over walnut spacer. Brad Stevens made and restored rods in CT up until the mid 1990's. He made some beautiful rods, and you don't see them come up very often. This one is packed in the original bag with stiffener and tethered ferrule plugs, and brass capped tube with makers data label. From the collection of Thomas H. Clark.
