For sale here is a Sharpe's "Scottie" Featherweight, 7'6" 2/2 5wt impregnated bamboo rod in excellent original condition. Medium toned impregnated cane with bright circle guides and dark burgundy wraps. Bronze ferrules fit perfectly, and the female is fitted with a wooden ferrule plug. All sections are straight & full length. Cork grip & reel seat are smooth with light soiling, and the rod is fitted with a bright aluminum cap & ring reel seat. The writing & decals on the butt section are flawless, and the butt cap is stamped "5-4 -- 238". Weight is 3.75oz. Progressive, medium fast action, a nice English dry fly rod. Sold in the original bag and blue aluminum tube with "Scottie" dog Sharpe's logo engraved on the cap.
