Scott Fly Rods - F703, 7' 2pc 3wt Fiberglass Rod

For sale here is a Scott F703, 7' 3pc 3wt fiberglass rod in mint, unused condition. Built on a black unsanded blank with bright guides wrapped in dark green windings and gray accents. Spigot ferrules fit perfectly with gaps to allow for wear, and all sections are witness marked. Skeleton grip & seat with nickel silver cap & ring reel seat and knurled cork check. Scripted weight is 2.2oz, but the actual weight is a bit more at 2.60oz (the plastic on the grip account for some of this). A fantastic Scott glass rod, made in Telluride. Sold in the original bag and tube. This item comes from Dean Malencik’s generous donation of vintage rods & reels to Trout Unlimited.
