Sage - GFL 389LL - 8'9" 3wt, 2-pc Graphite Rod

For sale here is an early Sage LL 389, 8'9" 2-piece 3wt graphite rod in very good used condition. Deep burgundy blank with bright guides. 7" western grip is clean with just a hint of ridging, and the bottom cork ring has a visible glue line. The blank is in good shape and shows light scratches and water marks consistent with use. The hook keeper ring is missing, and the keeper wraps are slightly fraying at the edges. Up-locking reel seat over dark wood spacer. The 389 was a landmark taper for Sage and it remains one of the more popular designs from the original LL series. Sold in the original bag and tube with "Sage LL" decal.
