Robichaud, D.L. - Traditional #4 Fly Reel (2.8")

For sale here is a D.L. Robichaud 2.8" Traditional fly reel in excellent used condition. The Traditional series came in 7 sizes, this is the #4. RHW with a fixed check. Fully machined, black side plates, silver frame and spool. The S-handle is counterbalanced, and the reel is incredibly smooth with a pleasant click. A few nicks and scratches to the rims and light mounting marks to the foot. 2.8" diameter, spool width is 7/8" and the reel weighs 4.3oz. Robichaud reels were made in the 1990's and they represent a perfect pairing of modern materials and timeless design. The #4 is a great 4wt reel, although some may prefer it with a 3wt or 5wt. Sold in a shearling lined suede zipper case.
