For sale here is a Phillipson Paragon, 8'6" 3-piece, 2-tip bamboo rod for an HDH (6wt) line. Medium tempered cane with light gold windings and oxidized guides throughout. Brass winding check, 6.5" full wells grip and down-locking aluminum reel seat. The grip is smooth with mild soiling and a few small hook marks at the base. Nickel silver ferrules fit perfectly. One tip has a clear repair wrap between the tip top and first guide, and both tips have slight sets. Otherwise the rod is in very good used condition and ready to fish. Sold with original bag and tube.
