Peerless - No. 2A, 3 1/4" Fly Reel

For sale here is a Peerless No. 2A fly reel in very good used condition. 3 1/4" diameter with 1 5/32" frame width and the weight is 5.30oz. Set up for LHW but can be swapped to RHW. The reel is machined from bar stock aluminum and features serpentine counterbalanced handle, perforated spool and side plate, and adjustable check mechanism. It shows signs of honest use, but is mechanically flawless. The handle is bowed outward slightly. Purely cosmetic, see photos for more detail. A great 5 or 6wt reel. Bob Corsetti's reels are no longer being produced and the classic styling pairs well with both vintage and contemporary rods.
