For sale here is a Peerless No. 1 1/2 fly reel in excellent used condition. 1 5/32" wide with a diameter of 3". A great 4/5wt reel. The 1 1/2 features ported handle plate and spool with counterbalanced serpentine handle and ventilated reel foot. The drag adjustment knob features the rectangular grasp seen on some earlier reels. Set up for RHW but converts to LHW. A few minor signs of use, but excellent overall. Peerless reels remain very popular and pair well with both classic and contemporary rods. Originally sold in the Japanese market, this one comes in a box marked "1", with pouch and papers.
