Orvis - Seven/Three, 7' 2/2 3wt Bamboo Rod

For sale here is an Orvis "Seven/Three", 7' 2/2 3wt impregnated bamboo rod. Very good used condition, featuring medium toned impregnated cane, bright guides, and high-bridge carbide stripper, all wrapped in golden tan windings. 10/64 ferrules are blued, and the fits are perfect. All sections are full length and serialized (#73857), and both tips have upward sets. The hook keeper ring is bent out of round and shows a bit of tarnish. The script on the butt is intact, although the very top of the "Seven/Three" is showing a little wear. Classic 5.25" Orvis deluxe cork grip with cork spacer and dual knurled slide bands. The cork is smooth and soiled from honest use. Scripted and actual weight is 2 3/8oz. Full flexing, medium action. A nice caster with a WF or DT3. Sold in the original bag and tube with data label.
