For sale here is an Orvis Rocky Mountain Fly/Spin bamboo rod set in very good used condition. The set includes a 6'6" 3pc Rocky Mountain spinning rod and a 6'6" 3/2 5wt Rocky Mountain fly rod in a presentation case. The spinning rod (#33499) is in good used condition and clearly saw more use than the fly rod. The fly rod (#33604) is in excellent, lightly used condition. Perfect ferrule fits across the board, and the sections are all full length and straight. The cork is clean and smooth on the fly rod, whereas the spinning rod shows moderate to heavy soiling and the imprint from an Abu Svangsta reel near the top. Both rods were made in 1962, although they are both inscribed for the original owner with a date of January 31st, 1963. The presentation case is in good condition; however, the green lining is peeling away in a few areas. The keys are included in the case, and both rods are ready for service.
