Orvis - Madison 7'6" 2/1 7wt Bamboo Rod

For sale here is an Orvis Madison 7'6" 2/1 7wt impregnated bamboo rod in excellent used condition. The only note I have is a small nick to the bamboo below the 3rd snake guide down from the tip. It looks stable, but it will be up to the next owner of this rod if they want to protect it somehow. Lightly tempered cane with bright guides and brown windings. Blued ferrules fit perfectly, and all sections are straight, full length & serialized (#78133). 6" grip is smooth with light soiling, and the rod is fitted with the standard Orvis down-locking aluminum reel seat over walnut spacer. Scripted & actual weight is 4oz. Medium fast action, rated as a 7wt but it comfortably casts a DT6. Sold in the original bag and tube with green & silver foil label.
