For sale here is an Orivs CFO IV "Screwback" fly reel with spare spool in good used condition. 3 3/16" diameter and 0.75" wide spool. Mechanically perfect, the reel and spools show some finish loss, mostly relegated to the rims and the bottom pillar from RHW fishing. Both spools are loaded with backing and have old line information scratched onto the inside edge. Set up RHW but swaps to LHW with the flip of a pawl (spare pawl is missing). Rated as a 6/7/8wt reel by Orvis, but I find it's best with a 6. Both pack into a green Orvis drawstring pouch.
