For sale here is a 7'9" 2/2 5wt bamboo rod from the bench of Chuck Neuner. Excellent used condition, #0427. Medium flamed cane with lightly oxidized guides and carbide stripper. Wraps are transparent red with back tipping. All sections are full length & straight, and the tip are marked for ease of rotation. Blued ferrules fit perfectly. Strap & ring hook keeper, nickel silver winding check, 6" cork grip (smooth with light soiling), and down-locking nickel silver reel seat over figured burl spacer. Maker's stamp is bold and clear on the butt cap. Weight is 4.24oz. A fantastic caster with medium, semi-parabolic character. Best with a WF5. Sold in the original bag and tube with Neuner's stamp and rod data engraved on the tube cap.
