Menscer, D.W. (Little River Rods) - 7'6" 2/2 4wt Bamboo Rod

For sale here is a Little River Rods 7'6" 2/2 4wt bamboo rod made by Dennis Menscer. Excellent used condition, serial #115-08. Flamed cane with 3x3 nodes, bronzed snake guides and carbide stripping guide. Wraps are oxblood with bronze tipping. All sections are full length and straight, and the tips are marked for ease of rotation. Blued ferrules fit perfectly. 5.5" grip is smooth with a hint of soiling, and the rod is fitted with a blued cap & ring reel seat over fine wood spacer. The rod looks like it has seen little use, the reel seat hardware shows minor bluing loss. Weight is 3.28oz. A fine dry fly taper, on the medium side of medium fast. Sold in the original bag and tube with blue & white data label affixed.
