For sale here is a reproduction of the famous perforated Julius Vom Hofe 2 3/4" fly reel, made by John Paullus (Holireels). Near mint condition, the maker said he used it a few times, but it shows no signs of actual use. Nickel silver frame, pillars & foot with bright aluminum spool. Black ebonite side plates and counterbalanced handle. Neutral check with on/off clicker. Weight is 5.96oz. A stunning rendition of Julius Vom Hofe's most storied fly reel.
