The winding plate retains the straight-line logo and rod-in-hand logo. Smooth brass foot has been neatly filed on both ends. The rims show some wear from honest use, and the bottom pillar has a bit of line burn. A large chip to the frame at the 5 o'clock position has been filled in. Whoever performed the repair knew what they were doing, the result is very clean. The tensioner works as intended with strong resistance throughout its range. Weight is 7.05oz. Mechanically perfect with a few noted flaws, a fine example to take fishing.
