Hardy - Perfect 2 7/8" Fly Reel

For sale here is a Hardy Perfect 2 7/8" fly reel in excellent original condition. Pre-war vintage, featuring a dark leaded finish, flawless agate line guard and ribbed brass foot. RHW only. Smooth and tight, the tensioner works as intended with nice resistance throughout its range. A previous owner's name is lightly scratched into the frame of the reel inside the checkwork (only visible when the reel is open). The leading is holding up nicely and the reel shows only minor nicks/scratches from honest use. A desirable reel for 3/4wt fishing. Sold in a blue fleece pouch.
