Hardy - Golden St. Aidan Fly Reel w/ Spare Spool - 1st Run

For sale here is a Hardy Golden St. Aidan 3 3/4" fly reel with spare spool in excellent used condition. Rated for 7-8-9wt lines, capacity is up to a DT9 + 120. This is a very nice example from the numbered first edition reels (No. 121). Golden brown finish with brass accents. Smooth brass foot is unaltered and the reel shows minor wear. Single-screw nickel silver line guard is reversible, and the reel can be fished LHW or RHW. Rim mounted tensioner works as intended. The spare spool appears unused and is fitted with a plastic gear protector. Sold with dark blue zipper case.
