Hardy - Featherweight Fly Reel - L-shaped Lineguard, Half Ribbed Foot

For sale here is a Hardy featherweight fly reel in good used condition. This is a rather scarce example that can be accurately dated to the early 1960's. The reel features a half-ribbed alloy foot and riveted L-shaped line guard (RHW only). Mechanically sound with a fair bit of wear & finish loss, especially to the rims. The tensioner works as intended and the reel has good resistance throughout it's range. A nice reel to use or collect. Sold in the original cream & red clam shell zipper case.
