Granger / Wright & McGill - Deluxe 9050, 9' 3/2 6-7wt Bamboo Rod

For sale here is a W&M Granger Deluxe 9050 bamboo rod in good used condition. 9' 3-piece / 2-tip, best with a 6 or 7wt line. All original with one tip down ~ 1 1/8". Ammoniated cane with oxidized guides wrapped in gold and variegated silks. The stamps on the butt section remain nice and clear. All sections are straight and the 18/64 & 12/64 ferrules fit perfectly. 6.5" western grip is clean and smooth, although there is a faint color disparity near the base of the grip. The patented reel seat works flawlessly. Medium fast action, I prefer it with a heavier WF6 or DT7. A nice 9 foot W&M rod in a rather scarce and very attractive grade. Sold in the original bag and tube (sans label).
