For sale here is an unused Ted Godfrey RP233 raised pillar fly reel. Based on the Bi-metal model with bronze rims, black side plates and bright aluminum foot & spool. A limited run of these black & bronze reels was made for the Japanese market, and they are almost never seen. Diminutive in size, 2.6" between pillars and pillar width is 0.88". Probably best with a 3wt or even a 2wt line. RHW with 5-position adjustable drag. The rod is outfitted with Ted's "Gothic" arm and black handle grasp. A beautiful (and mint!) Godfrey light trout reel, sold in the original zippered pouch.
