Carpenter, W.E. - Traditional 8' 4wt Graphite Rod

For sale here is a Walt Carpenter "Traditional" 8' 3pc 4wt graphite rod. Excellent used condition, built on a sanded brown blank with matching wraps and bright guides. Nickel silver cap & ring reel seat. Slightly deeper flexing action, the script on the rod rates it as a 4wt but Carpenter's business card on the tube says "4-5wt". Serial #1031. This rod comes with a bonus 2nd rod of the same taper with a broken mid. The surviving tip and butt are interchangeable with the intact mid, and the "parts" rod packs into the original tube and bag as well. The "parts" rod cannot be fished as-is; it seems fitting that these two rods travel together from now on.
