For sale here is an 8'6" 3/2 5wt from the bench of Robert Bolt. Excellent+ condition. Darkly flamed cane with 2x2 nodes, bronzed snake guides and carbide stripping guide. Dark bronze windings with gold tipping. Deep, glossy varnish is perfect. All sections are straight, full length & serialized (#1907), and the tips are marked for ease of rotation. Ferrules fit perfectly and the females sport the maker's stamp on their welts and knurled brass ferrule plugs. 6" cork grip is clean and smooth, and the rod is fitted with an up-locking reel seat over zebrawood spacer. The maker's stamp is crisp and clear on the screw collar. Weight is 4.58oz. Medium action, best with a DT5. A nearly new RK Bolt rod, ready for service. Sold in the original bag and tube with makers label affixed.
