For sale here is an exceptional Bogdan Steelhead reel in near mint condition. Desirable all-black finish and fitted with a rare Bogdan palming plate. The original S-handle is also included and can be swapped out by means of a single screw. Fixed RHW check, although it can be converted to LHW for a small fee. 3 1/4" diameter with a spool width of 1 5/32", the reel weighs 6.24oz loaded with palming plate attached. I would say the reel is mint save for very faint mounting marks to the foot. The anodizing remains perfect, and there's a good chance this reel has never actually seen the water. A rare find indeed! Sold in the original suede drawstring pouch.
