Bogdan - Model 200 Salmon Reel - RHW

For sale here is a Bogdan Model 200 salmon reel in RHW. Good used condition, mechanically sound with evidence of honest use throughout. A rare example of a black & silver (champagne) model 200; the vast majority of 200's were finished in black & gold for Abercrombie & Fitch. Adjustable drum drag works as intended, as does the poachers check. Black anodized side plates are faded to a dark brown/plum color. The rims have quite a bit of rim rash, and the side plates and reel foot have scratches as well. This reel is outfitted with an original Bogdan U-shaped line guard, a rare feature. There is a bit of line burn to the outside edge of the guard, but I would characterize this as minor. Weight is 11.89", and this reel is a multiplier. Despite the cosmetic wear this reel would make a very nice user. 3.71" diameter with a pillar width of 1", a nice size for larger 2-hand rods. Sold in the original suede pouch.
