Bogdan - Model 0 Fly Reel - RHW

For sale here is a Bogdan No. 0 fly reel in excellent+/near mint condition. RHW. Champagne anodized frame and spool with black side plates. 3 1/4" diameter with a spool width of 1 3/8", 2:1 multiplier with adjustable double-brake drag and poacher’s knob. Capacity is for a WF9 + 150. A previous owner's initials are nearly carved into the reel seat and reel seat pillar. The reel shows no obvious signs of use; there are a few areas of faint discoloration on the rims, but this must have left the anodizing shop this way. A very fine example, sold in a non-original drawstring pouch. This item comes from Dean Malencik’s generous donation of vintage rods & reels to Trout Unlimited.
