Blackburn, Bill - 8'3" 2/2 4wt Hollow Bamboo Rod

For sale here is a Bill Blackburn 8'3" 2/2 4wt hollow built bamboo rod in excellent used condition. Medium tempered bamboo with 2-opposed nodes, oxidized guides and transparent amber windings with dark accents. Blued ferrules fit perfectly, and the sections are full length, straight & serialized (#3613). 6" cork grip and blued cap & ring reel seat over mortised burl spacer. The varnish is in excellent shape throughout, and the cork has just a hint of soiling. Weight is 3.92oz. Medium fast action, a marvelous 4wt with deadly accuracy and quick recovery. Sold in the original bag and brass capped tube.
