For sale here is an Abel Big Game No. 3N fly reel fitted with the "Abel Arm" in excellent used condition. Solid frame (gold) and ported spool (black) with rosewood handle grasp and silver counterbalance. Fully machined from aerospace grade bar stock aluminum, the Abel Arm is stamped with the serial #A9984. The arm shifts the balance of the reel forward to limit fatigue during a prolonged fight. Strong adjustable drag, the reel is set up LHW but easily converts to RHW. Weight is 10.67oz loaded with backing. Mechanically perfect with a few small nicks/scratches from honest use. A great size for bonefish and other medium-sized saltwater species.
