For sale here is a Tibor Riptide QC (Quick Change) in mint, unused condition. Set up for RHW but can be switched to LHW by reversing the clutch dogs. "Jet Black" finish is perfect, and the nameplate is blank. 4" diameter with 1 3/8" spool width, perfect for a 9/10wt line. This reel utilizes the same heavy duty cork drag that put Tibor on the map, and spare spools can be swapped out with ease using the Tibor Quick Change system. Weight is 10.5 oz, and the reel is sold as-new in the box with heavy neoprene pouch and reel papers. Tibor discontinued their QC series in 2016, and they are becoming harder and harder to find, particularly in this condition.
