For sale here is a Tibor Billy Pate anti-reverse 'Salmon' fly reel with spare spool. Excellent used condition, RHW only. Mechanically perfect with just a few spots of minor wear to the rims. The cork drag is smooth and tight with tremendous range. Machined from solid aluminum bar stock and fully anodized to stand up to years of honorable service in the salt. Satin gold frame with jet black handle and spool. The spare spool fits perfectly, and both spools have the desirable palming rim. Serial #J178. 3.5" diameter with a width of 1.5" (interior spool width is 0.75") and the reel weighs 9.46oz. The lining of the original case has deteriorated slightly, leaving a light black residue that wipes off easily. The spool comes in an aftermarket neoprene pouch.
