For sale here is a Winston 7'6" 2/2 3wt bamboo in mint condition. Serial #3832, made towards the end of Glenn Brackett's tenure at Winston. 2 3/4oz scripted weight, but the assembled rod measures 3.44oz on my scale. Medium tempered cane with translucent windings and dark accents. Overwrapped Duronz ferrules fit perfectly. All sections are straight, full length & serialized, and the tips are marked for ease of rotation. 6" grip is perfect and remains encased in shrink wrap plastic. Strip & ring hook keeper, bamboo winding check and down-locking reel seat over striped wood spacer. Action feels decidedly medium. A gorgeous Brackett-era Winston 3wt, as-new and ready to fish or collect. Sold in the original bag and tube with canvas tube protector.
