For sale here is a 7'9" 2/2 4wt hollow quad rod from the bench of Rob Hoffhines. This is a new rod from the maker, with the plastic still on the grip. Medium flamed cane, hollow-fluted construction with blued guides wrapped in translucent gold windings with burgundy tipping. All sections are straight, full length & serialized (#724). Blued ferrules fit perfectly. 6" cork grip and cap & ring reel seat over mortised burl spacer. Weight is 3.84oz. Medium fast action, a true 4wt with plenty of power and feel. Sold in the original bag and tube with maker's decal affixed.
