For sale here is an Edwards Quadrate Model 50, 8'6" 3/2 6wt bamboo rod in excellent used condition. Medium tempered cane with dark guides wrapped in oxblood & black windings. All sections are full length, and both tips have slight casting sets. Ferrules fit perfectly. "Edwards 'Quadrate' - #50" is scripted in bold, white ink on the butt. Strap & ring hook keeper, squared Bakelite winding check and all cork grip & reel seat with black cap & ring hardware. The cork is smooth with a hint of soiling, and the varnish is in great shape throughout. Weight is 4.65oz. Powerful, medium fast 6wt action. Sold in the original maroon bag and Champion style tube.
