For sale here is a Cris Carpenter 8'4" 3-piece / 2-tip hollow built bamboo rod, made for a 4/5wt line. The rod is in excellent+ used condition, and features a hand rubbed oil finish with bright guides wrapped in pale olive silks with red accents. Beautiful clear/white agate stripping guide with oxidized frame. Tips are marked for ease of rotation. Signature and serial no (#621) on the butt section above metal winding check. 6" modified wells grip with up locking slide band and mortised olive wood spacer. Medium/medium fast action, I find this one to be a true 4/5wt. The rod is in great shape and has clearly seen very little time on the water. Sold in original cloth sock and enameled tube with data decal.
