For sale here is a Cris Carpenter 8' 2-piece / 2-tip hollow built bamboo rod, made for a 5wt line. The rod is in excellent+ condition, and features a hand rubbed oil finish with light wire titanium guides wrapped in transparent gold silk with chestnut accents. The tip sections have different tipping colors for ease of rotation. All sections are straight and full length, and the ferrule fit is perfect. Signature and serial no (#116) on the butt section. 6 1/4" grip is smooth and clean. Blued cap & ring reel seat over light burl spacer and the butt cap has "Carpenter" stamped at the base. Action is medium fast and feels rather light in the hand. Fantastic condition, I see no obvious signs of use. Sold in original cloth bag and enameled tube with data decal.
