For sale here is a Per Brandin model 762-3df hollow built quad in near mint/lawn cast only condition. A 7'6" 3-piece / 4-tips 2wt quad, hollow built with 2 standard HB tips and 2 "HB+" tips, made a bit stronger. Medium flamed cane with dark guides and red agate stripping guide wrapped in pale olive silks with dark accents. All sections are straight, full length & serialized (#1/20). Ferrules fit perfectly and the females are fitted with cork & Micarta ferrule plugs. 5.25" grip is clean and smooth, and the rod is fitted with a blued cap & ring reel seat over mortised mahogany spacer. Weight is 2.43oz. Condition is immaculate, the rod has been lawn cast only. This is the lightest action quad made by Mr. Brandin, a delightful 2wt for smaller streams. A deluxe offering with 4 original tips. Sold in the original bag and brass capped tube with makers decal and canvas tube protector.
