For sale here is a Bill Blackburn 8' 2/2 4wt hollow bamboo rod in excellent used condition. Medium tempered cane, lightly oxidized guides and carbide stripping guide. Wraps are transparent caramel with dark accents. All sections are full length and serialized (#1613), and one tip has a very faint fish fighting set. Blued ferrules fit perfectly. 6" cigar grip is smooth & clean, and the rod is fitted with a cap & ring reel seat over burl spacer. Aside from some minor bluing loss to the butt cap, the rod looks like it has seen very little use. Weight is 3.67oz. Medium fast progressive action, a versatile trout taper and one of Mr. Blackburn's best! Sold in the original bag and a replacement Champion-style tube.
