For sale here is a Carpenter Bros 2 7/8" fly reel in excellent used condition. Champagne gold anodized frame with black Delrin side plates. Fixed click & pawl check, favoring RHW. A handsome S-handle trout reel, this one has some faint scuffs to the side plates, but the anodized parts show almost no signs of use. 2 7/8" diameter with a frame width of 1 1/8". Weight is 6.28oz spooled up with a WF5F Cortland Sylk line. A beautiful reel made by John Paullus (Holireels). Sold in the original custom 'hitchhiker' leather case.
