For sale here is a Bill Ballan 3 1/8" raised pillar fly reel in excellent used condition. Black/bright aluminum construction with raised pillar design and counter balanced "S" handle. Resistance favors LHW but is close to neutral. Best with a 4 or 5wt line. Loaded with line (wound LHW), it packs into a Simms neoprene pouch.
